Anand Tucker set to helm ‘Mirrors’

Filmmaker Anand Tucker is set to direct “A Forest of Mirrors” for 2929 Productions, Variety reported earlier today.

Based loosely on a true story, the thriller follows a CIA agent who’s sent to Guatemala during the 1960s to investigate his brother’s mysterious death.

Tucker, whose credits include “Shopgirl” and “And When Did You Last See Your Father?,” is directing a script penned by Jeremy Gough.

2929 Productions just completed John Hillcoat’s “The Road,” an adaptation of Cormac McCarthy’s novel of the same title.
