Early ‘Hancock’ reviews pop up on web

hancockearlyreviewnews.jpg

Cinema Blend just received a first review for Peter Berg’s upcoming action Will Smith vehicle “Hancock,” and judging by what I’ve read, it doesn’t look that good. A couple of weeks ago we learned that Berg had to go back into the field for some re-shoots, and that’s always a bad sign.

Of course you always have to be careful believing people who send in what they claim are reviews from secret screenings, but as Josh points out in his introduction to the article, the reviewer goes into a fair amount of detail.

Head over to Cinema Blend to read through it, but let me warn you, the thing is filled with spoilers. If you still believe “Hancock” may be this summer’s most original movie, stay away from this review. But as I said, I’m not sure this is authentic, but at least it doesn’t sound completely fake.
