Posters for ‘Morning Light’ and ‘Space Chimps’

morninglightposternews.jpgToday we have posters for a variety of upcoming flicks. First, Walt Disney released the first official one-sheet for “Morning Light,” a documentary about fifteen young sailors prepping for a 2,500-mile race against professionals. No specific release date has been set, but the movie is likely to open sometime this fall.

The second poster we got a hold of this weekend is for “Space Chimps,” a 3D animated adventure about three chimps being blasted off into space. Something tells me this is probably not going to be the summer’s most exciting flick, but then again, let’s give it a shot, shall we? What’s there not to like about a bunch of chimps going bananas in space? Umm… we’ll see.

This one may be of bigger interest to you (it certainly is to me). Scroll further down and you’ll catch a glimpse of the new poster for Peter Tolan’s indie flick “Finding Amanda,” starring Matthew Broderick and Brittany Snow. The plot follows a drinking and gambling TV producer on his quest to talk his niece into going through rehab. Sounds delicious enough.

I’ll wrap up today’s poster mania with the one-sheet for Sundance hit “The Go-Getter,” about a teenager who steals a car to go on a road trip after the death of his mother. Directed by Martin Hynes, the flick stars Lou Taylor Pucci (the “Thumbsucker” guy), Zooey Deschanel and Jena Malone. Drive safe and enjoy the poster below.
