“Ice Age 3” teaser trailer hits web

 

It’s been playing for some weeks in front of “Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who!” but now the first teaser trailer for “Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs” has finally found its way to the Web.

As usual, the footage is limited to Scratch struggling to get a hold of his beloved nut, and that’s always hilarious. This time around, the plot follows Sid, Diego, Ellie and Manny as they fight for survival in the age of dinosaurs. Who knows, if the sequels keep coming, maybe they’ll pay a visit to present-day New York one time.   

Carlos Saldanha reprises his role as director for this third installment in the popular “Ice Age” series, which is currently in post-production and scheduled to open July 1, 2009.
