New ‘X-Files: I Want to Believe’ stills surface online

 

Stills from Chris Carter’s upcoming “The X-Files: I Want to Believe” have slowly been popping on the Web for some weeks now, but details about the plot are still kept under wraps. And why not? As a massive “X-Files” fan myself, I would love to walk into the film clueless about what’s going to happen.

Anyway, Russian film site Filmz.ru posted four new pics from the 20th Century Fox release earlier today, one of which I decided not to insert below because it may reveal a few things you may not want to see. You can click HERE to see the entire collection. Other than that, the new stills offer us a first look at Amanda Peet and Xzibit, who co-star. I’m really excited about the surface of all these photos, and I am glad they don’t reveal the truth quite yet.

“The X-Files: I Want to Believe” is the anticipated sequel to “The X-Files: Fight the Future,” although the story line is not a continuation of the series and is supposedly free of alien conspiracies. The film will open in theaters July 25, 2008. Enjoy the new shots below.
