The folks over at Empire got their hands on two first stills from Michael Mann's upcoming crime drama "Public Enemies," which lines up an all-star cast including Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, Stephen Graham, Channing Tatum, Marion Cotillard and Billy Crudup.
Set during thr '30s, the film follows the FBI's attempt to hunt down American gangsters John Dillinger (Depp), Baby Face Nelson (Graham) and Pretty Boy Floyd (Tatum). Crudup stars as J. Edgar Hoover, with Bale playing lawman and agent Melvin Purvis.
