Brody, Chiklis go back to high school

Adrien Brody and Michael Chiklis are packing for “High School,” an indie comedy directed by John Stalberg Jr., according to Variety.

The film focuses on a high school genius forced to take a drug test after he gets high with the school’s stoner. But being the clever guy he is, he plans to get the whole school stoned so everybody will fail the test.

The trade says Brody will star as a drug dealer, with Chiklis playing the school principal.

Stalberg Jr. is directing a script he co-wrote with Stephen Susco (“The Grudge” and “The Grudge 2”). Filming is scheduled to kick off soon in Detroit.

Brody was last seen in “The Darjeeling Limited.” Next up is Rian Johnson’s comedy “The Brothers Bloom,” which also stars Rachel Weisz and Mark Ruffalo.

As for Chiklis, he’s currently onscreen in D.J. Caruso’s “Eagle Eye.”
